All Buyers at Old Bridge Village must be approved by the Co-op Board of Directors for Occupancy. It is necessary for each new Buyer to fill out a Sales Packet to begin the review process. This process must be completed before finalizing the Sales Transaction or Title Closing. Call the OBV office if you have questions 239-543-3005.

The Sales Packets are divided into 3 categories:

1) Properties that do not include a Co-op Share:  Homeowner/Non-Shareholder

2) Properties with a Co-op Share:  Shareholder

3) Co-op Share Sale Only:  For purchase by an existing Homeowner or purchase a vacant Lot for a new home
