Yacht Club
Boat ownership is not needed to join in the fun with the Yacht Club.
Just a love for the water and fun, along with a small Membership fee.
Events include ongoing Boat to Lunch activities held at nearby restaurants.
Sign up to drive or maybe hitch a ride on a resident’s boat!
Be sure to attend the annual Blessing of the Fleet with Fun Day in the Basin.
Ever popular yearly Events include the fancy Commodore’s Ball and a not so fancy Shipwreck Party,
both complete with awesome music and delicious food.
Overnight getaway trips by boat or car have included stays at beautiful resorts in Fort Myers, Sanibel, and Captiva.
Nearby Members gather at local beaches, picnics at Franklin Locks, various parks, and right here at Palm Point where the famous Shrimp Boil is hosted by Past Commodores.
The Yacht Club is also famous for supporting Old Bridge Village Co-op and our local community by hosting fundraising functions. Generous givers look forward to Friday Night Bites contributing to the betterment of Old Bridge Village Co-op. Bridging the Gap and other Events throughout the year support local schools and students with much needed items.
